KENNY LINDVALL


Just wanted to let you know that Kenny Lindvall passed away on Dec. 7, 2010.  
I don't know any of the details as yet.  
My son, Chad, is in Granada, MS helping plan the funeral. 
Kenny and I have been divorced for over 42 years.

OBITUARY
Mr. Norman Kenneth �Ken� Lindvall, 68, of Grenada died Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2010, at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis.  
Mr. Lindvall was born in Malvern, Ark., on Sept. 26, 1942, to Norman Jon �Penn� and Maureen Hardy Lindvall.
Visitation is Thursday, Dec. 9, 2010, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Garner-Harper Funeral Home.  
Funeral services will be Friday, Dec. 10, 2010, at 10 a.m. at Garner-Harper Funeral Home with Dr. Bob Self officiating. 
Interment will follow at Oddfellows Cemetery.
Mr. Lindvall is survived by his wife, Jeanette Roberts Lindvall; 
two daughters, Juli L. Defenbaugh of Grenada and Brooke L. Bailey of Guy, Ark.; 
one son, Steven C. Lindvall of Judsonia, Ark.; five grandchildren; and one sister, Nikki M. Lindvall Brashears of Malvern.  
He was preceded in death by his parents, Norman Jon �Penn� and Maureen Hardy Lindvall.
Garner-Harper Funeral Home has been entrusted with professional services and arrangements.

I just arrived home from MS.  His funeral was on the 10th.  
It is so very sad.  Although we had been divorced for 40+ years, it is still sad to lose a classmate.

He had a multitude of problems.  Heart, blood disorder, breathing problems, etc.  
I think it was a combination of all of these.  
He had a stem cell implant and it seemed to be taking hold, 
but he just was not strong enough to overcome all of the problems.
